The Jr. Berries age groups are set up by calendar year:
7U Jr. Berries (2017 - 2019) and 9U Jr. Berries (2015- 2017). Players who were born in 2017 and have played at least one year in 7U Jr. Berries can choose to register in either 7U Jr. Berries or 9U Jr. Berries Rally Cap. Parents will decide which group to register for ensuring their child can have fun and be comfortable with the great game of baseball.
If your daughter wishes to play on an all-girls baseball team, please register through the Saskatoon Royals zone.
The 7U Jr. Berries Program was designed by Baseball Canada to create an active environment with skill stations and games. The Saskatoon Minor Baseball website has lots of information on the Rally Cap division. Please look it over. You can click on the Rally Cap logo on the right side of the main page to go directly to the Baseball Canada site or you can click on the Rally Cap division for the Saskatoon Rally Cap program.
As part of the Rally Cap program, each player receives a report card and a ball cap based on their skill level.
